The ‘La Chouette’ holiday cottage is spacious and fully equipped for two people; it’s the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peaceful surroundings, with stunning views of the Rhune and the Pyrenees. Whether you’re looking for a holiday with friends, a romantic getaway, a nature retreat or a base from which to explore the region, you’ll enjoy a special setting where forests, meadows and private footpaths invite you to go for a stroll and get away from it all. La Chouette Holiday Cottage Set on one level and adjoining the owners’ home, the cottage offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: - a bright living area with a lounge and Smart TV - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and small appliances), - a bedroom with a 160 × 190 double bed (made up before your arrival), - a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, - a separate toilet, - a private terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a plancha. Bed linen, towels, household linen, heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi access are included so you can travel light. Well-being and the great outdoors around the holiday cottage Enjoy the heated swimming pool (open weather permitting) to cool off after a day of exploring. For a truly relaxing experience, a private sauna for 2 to 4 people, available by booking, completes the estate’s wellness facilities. The 16-hectare estate is at your disposal for walking, admiring the scenery or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Private trails are accessible on foot or by mountain bike, with a secure storage room provided free of charge for your bikes. Florence and Lucien will be delighted to welcome you and share their top tips for exploring the region. As keen motorcyclists themselves, they’ll also be able to recommend the most scenic rides along the roads of the Basque Country, the Landes and Béarn. Motorcyclists have access to a secure workshop where they can park their bikes and carry out minor repairs if needed. For holidays with family or friends, a second holiday cottage – Les Veilles Brêles – is also available on the property, accommodating up to 6 people whilst ensuring everyone’s privacy.
