La Gigouillette – Large holiday home in Pénestin – 5 bedrooms – Ideal for holidays with family or friends – 100 metres from the sea This spacious house offers a relaxing setting for a seaside holiday. Less than 100 metres from the coast, you can reach the coastal path and an unspoilt, unsupervised beach in just a few moments – perfect for morning walks, family games or relaxing by the sea. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to ten people, the house combines spacious rooms, modern facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for large families or holidays with friends. A fully equipped family home The house has five bedrooms spread over two floors: Upstairs, there is a small bedroom with two single beds, specially designed for children, as well as two bedrooms with double beds. A reading nook on the landing allows everyone to find their own space to relax. On the ground floor, there are two further bedrooms with double beds, offering easy access for everyone. The bathrooms are conveniently laid out: Upstairs, there is a bright and functional bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a large shower room fitted with a spacious shower. The toilet, accessible from this shower room, is separated by a door for added comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is ideal for preparing and sharing convivial meals. It has everything you need to cook just as you would at home. The sitting area, complete with a television, offers a pleasant space to relax after a day at the beach or out hiking. A selection of board games is provided for entertaining evenings. Free internet access is available throughout the house. Practical facilities and extra comfort Outside, a separate utility room, accessible via the garden, provides: a washing machine, an extra fridge, a small freezer, as well as a sink, ideal for rinsing off beach gear or cleaning shells after a spot of shellfish gathering. The grounds are fully enclosed and secured by an electric gate, allowing you to park several vehicles with complete peace of mind. A light-filled veranda extends the living spaces and offers the perfect spot for meals or relaxing, whatever the weather. An outdoor seating area allows you to enjoy the garden and the peaceful surroundings. An exceptional tourist setting The house enjoys a prime location for exploring the delights of Pénestin: La Mine d’Or beach, famous for its golden cliffs, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beaches of Loscolo, La Source, Le Loguy and Pont-Mahé offer swimming, water sports, shellfish gathering and magnificent views. The GR34 walking route, which passes right by, offers superb walks along the coast. The village of Pénestin has a market, shops, restaurants and local producers (mussels, oysters, fish). Just a few kilometres away, the charming towns of La Roche-Bernard and Guérande, as well as the port of Arzal, offer further opportunities for day trips.
