Set in a separate building from the main architect-designed house, this contemporary 25 m² studio holiday let is bright, spacious and very comfortable. It features a separate external entrance, air conditioning, a private parking space and a small private garden. It can accommodate 2 people. It boasts tasteful, high-quality décor in the style of a design gallery: carefully selected objects and materials, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Situated in a peaceful village (15 minutes from Dijon city centre and the Dijon-Prenois Circuit, and 6 minutes from shopping centres, the northern ring road and the Norges Golf Course), La Maison des Bois d’Ocre is set in a small woodland at the top of the village hill, with the Val-Suzon on the horizon, in a very quiet neighbourhood. You can explore the footpaths of the Val-Suzon, discover the charming villages of the Côte-d’Or, wander through the famous vineyards of Burgundy or visit Dijon, the former city of the Dukes of Burgundy, renowned for its exceptional heritage, its gastronomy and its vibrant cultural scene.
