FULLY EQUIPPED HOLIDAY COTTAGE FOR 8 PEOPLE IN THE CANTAL The house features a beautiful, light and spacious living area, complete with a lounge, a smart TV with a Netflix subscription and internet access. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare and share meals. On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, have their own en-suite shower rooms. A large shower room with a toilet and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, a relaxation area with a television and two sleeping areas accommodate the other guests: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. The holiday home is heated by a heat pump and has reversible air conditioning upstairs. TERRACE WITH VIEWS AND RELAXATION AREA The unfenced grounds feature a private car park and a pétanque court. The large, furnished terrace, complete with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue, is the perfect spot to enjoy sunny days and al fresco dining. Under the pergola, a relaxation area allows you to unwind whilst admiring the view over the valley. The gîte is situated on the owners’ farm, in an authentic rural setting.
