Perfectly maintained, tastefully furnished and very well equipped, Le Servannais is particularly appealing thanks to the quality of its facilities and its private terrace, which acts as a real extra room on sunny days. 🏡 A comfortable and bright flat for 2 people Situated on the first floor of a small two-storey block, the flat has been designed to offer a pleasant and practical stay. ☀️ A bright and modern living area The 15 m² living area, bathed in light, harmoniously combines: 🛋️ a cosy lounge area with a TV and radio; 🍽️ a dining area; 🍳 a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave combination, extractor hood, juicer, food processor and everything you need to prepare your meals; 📶 Wi-Fi. The whole space offers a modern, well-appointed and cosy atmosphere, ideal for a couple to unwind after a day exploring Saint-Malo and the Emerald Coast. 🛏️ A proper separate bedroom The 11 m² bedroom is separate from the living area. It features a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. 🚿 A comfortable en-suite bathroom The separate en-suite bathroom includes a large shower, a vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a toilet. 🌿 The real bonus: a lovely private terrace This is undoubtedly one of the Servannais’s greatest assets! The terrace, furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers, allows you to enjoy a genuine outdoor space right in the heart of Saint-Servan. It catches the sun in the late afternoon – the perfect time to have a drink, read or simply enjoy a relaxing moment together. For the rest of the day, it stays cooler, so you can enjoy it in comfort even when temperatures rise. ❤️ Accommodation designed for couples Le Servannais is primarily aimed at couples seeking comfort, peace and quiet, a warm welcome and a central location. The flat is particularly well-suited to a weekend in Saint-Malo, a romantic getaway, a few days exploring Brittany or a longer stay on the Emerald Coast. 🎁 The owners pay particular attention to the quality of their hospitality and the comfort of their guests: Everything is included: cleaning, bed linen and made-up beds, towels, and utilities (up to a generous flat-rate allowance in kWh). 🤝 You’ll enjoy a personalised welcome. However, free parking is available within a 5-minute walk, subject to availability. ⚠️ Please note for your comfort: the flat is on the first floor and is accessed via a slightly steep flight of stairs.
