This single-storey 140 m² flat boasts generous living space, comfort and lush surroundings. As soon as you leave the gîte, you'll have direct access to hiking and cycling trails, so you can explore the unspoilt Vosges countryside. It's also ideally located for exploring the major tourist attractions: Saint-Dié-des-Vosges is 15 minutes away, Gérardmer 25 minutes, Nancy and Alsace around 1 hour, not forgetting the Fraispertuis theme park, just 20 minutes away, for the enjoyment of young and old alike. The flat can comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends thanks to its three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: one 90 x 190 bed and one 140 x 190 bed, wardrobe and desk; - Bedroom 2: a 90 x 190 bed and a 160 x 200 bed, wardrobe and desk; - Bedroom 3: a 140 x 190 bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There is a large separate shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.
