With 5 bedrooms including a delightful bungalow, a tropical garden planted with banana trees, coconut palms and other tropical species. A huge terrace with a superb view will inspire you to relax and enjoy life to the full. The villa is located in a very quiet, well-ventilated area of Sainte Luce. Ideally placed for visiting Martinique and enjoying the superb white sandy beaches less than 5 minutes (3.5 km) from Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, Gros Raisins, Anse Figuier ... and on the road to Les Salines. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. Villa Cocoon has a private, unoverlooked swimming pool measuring 7mx3m50 with a huge 110 m2 wooden deck, from which you can admire the incredible 180° view of the Caribbean Sea, the famous 'Sleeping Woman', the Diamond Rock and the sugar cane plantations of the Trois Rivières rum factory. There are sun loungers, a comfortable outdoor seating area and an outdoor shower with hot water. You can take advantage of the shaded and ventilated area under the terrace to enjoy your meals, and its lounge to enjoy an aperitif with friends. The fully-equipped kitchen and living room open onto the terrace and face the incredible view. We attach a great deal of importance to welcoming our guests, and this is done by a warm and engaging local person. The villa is looked after by top-quality staff: a gardener and a swimming pool attendant. Bed linen and towels are provided, with the exception of pool towels. Rosita our cook offers her services to prepare delicious home-cooked meals to order.
