The superb "Villa Coco" is located on the heights of Le Marin, halfway between Sainte Luce and Sainte Anne, 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Martinique (Plage des Salines), 5 minutes from Anse Figuier and 2 minutes from the shops and the Le Marin marina for your boat trips. It boasts a private swimming pool with a magnificent view, as well as a pleasant, lush garden planted with coconut and banana trees. The property is a pretty, recently-built Creole house, well ventilated by the skylights: - Villa with 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, TV lounge, small office area, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC and walk-in shower, a very nice terrace with sea views for your meals in the shade and a set of garden furniture for you to relax before diving back into the 6m x 3m swimming pool. - Air-conditioned bungalow located by the pool with a bedroom for 2 people, wc and walk-in shower. Linen provided. Internet access (wifi). Free bottle of planteur.
