(the building does not have an elevator) You will have a PRIVATE PARKING with a reserved space just behind of the residence ( ref. D3 ) . Location of the AURORE RESIDENCE: Corner rue du Maréchal juin & Rue Aurore 62930 Wimereux. BEACH, DIKE, PROMENADE & RESTAURANTS are 50 meters from the STUDIO!! The car is not necessary to enjoy your stay .. everything is nearby. The city center & shops are located 300 m from the AURORE residence. Main room / fitted kitchen / bathroom / separate WC / electric heating. The TERRACE of 6 m2 with sea view (south-west exposure) has chairs, table, deckchairs & parasol. Multimedia: Sony 102 cm flat screen TV, INTERNET access with WIFI (via the Orange box). Radios / Music / News via ALEXA! (Echo DOT 5 with Amazon Music). Common "closed" room on the ground floor of the building for bicycles, strollers & windsurfing boards Small pets accepted with supplement. Sleeps (2): - 1 convertible sofa  bed DIVA of kind "morphée "for 2 personnes - 1 folding bed type BZ for 1 person. Duvets & pillows ( (rectangular at Ft 50 x70) will be at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possible additional services / options (to be requested before your arrival or to be selected online): - complete bedding kit €15/bed - bathroom linen kit €10 (2 large and 2 medium + 4 washcloths). - 1 pet 20 € (small size after agreement of the owner) COFFEE information!! : SENSEO SWITCH coffee maker 2 possible functions: SENSEO pods or N°102 filters. Hygiene and cleaning products are available. Compulsory supplements: - Tourist tax 0.95 € /day / person under 18 years old - End of stay cleaning €30 To make the reservation! 2 solutions are available to you: - Online booking and payment via the secure CLEVACANCES site. Where - Direct owner contract: I personally draw up your contract for you via the Clévacances software (30% deposit on booking and balance to be paid when the keys are handed over when you arrive at the studio) Practical information: Town center 300 m away. Local market on Tuesday and Friday mornings 200 m from the studio. Access to WIMEREUX by train: WIMILLE / WIMEREUX station 700 m from the studio. Possibility of contracting and ensuring cancellation in line for 4% of the month during the week. TOURISM AND WALKS The large site of the 2 capes Blanc Nez & Gris Nez, the typical villages of Audresselles, Ambleteuse, Tardinghen Wissant ..... The city of Boulogne / sea with the Fishing Port, the old town, the ramparts, the great Basilica and the Grand Aquarium Nausicaa ....
