For fishing enthusiasts, a magnificent 10 hectare pond, completely private, awaits you. Single storey chalet, comfortable and completely independent, not overlooked, covered terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and view of the pond. Accommodation labeled "Family Creuse": suitable for welcoming children. A living room with American kitchen (microwave, freezer), dining area and lounge area with convertible sofa (TV, DVD, VCR, board games, CD player), fireplace with insert. Large picture window with view of the pond. Back kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher. 2 independent bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed). Shower room with WC. Children's high chair available. Electric heating + wood. Most : Wood is offered during your stay, for the pleasure of a small outbreak. Play area for children (slide, swings, sandpit, table tennis, bowling green) Possible rental of 2 mountain bikes (20 € / week). No kill fishing, with a large number of predators (pike 80 to 116 cm, pike perch, carp 5 to 18 kg, beautiful poles 43 cm). Boat rental by the week, with heat engine (deposit required), with wearing of life jacket compulsory (50 € / week). Mountain bike rental.
