Welcome to the heart of Romantic Brittany, between Dinan and its remarkable historic center and Combourg, a small town of character and its castle. Located in a quiet and relaxing village 3 km from the village of St Pierre de Plesguen where all local shops are present, this location is the ideal starting point for visiting the many surrounding tourist sites, you are less than 1/2 hour from the great beaches of the Emerald Coast. This gîte adjoining the owner's accommodation for 5 people is fully equipped for your comfort. On the ground floor: - recent fully equipped kitchen - lounge area with television and Internet access - a separate toilet in the entrance Upstairs: - 2 independent bedrooms: 1 bed of 140cm in the first / 1 bed of 140 and 1 bed of 90 in the second (+ cot on request) - bathroom-shower - a separate toilet on the landing Outside, you can enjoy the private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and the children of the swing, the slide, the sandbox, the trampoline ... * Beds are made upon arrival (for short stays) * Tourist tax in addition for adults but free for under 18s. * Compulsory cleaning (20 €) In this difficult period, exceptionally we accept stays from a minimum of 3 nights! - February, March, April, May, June, September, October, We accept short stays from a minimum of 3 nights. - July / August reservations are made by the week or fortnight (optional sheets, compulsory cleaning 25) We thank you for respecting the places and for thinking of the following customers.
