Shops and restaurants nearby. _This rental can accommodate up to five people and is composed of :_ * on the ground floor - a living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV - a bathroom with shower - bathroom - separate toilet * 2nd floor under the roof - a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm and TV - one bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm and 1 bed of 80 cm * Equipment and services : - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, television, washing machine, tumble dryer. - Bed linen and towels included - Animals accepted (under conditions) - Free parking near the rental. * Extra charge : - Visitor's tax (compulsory): 0,99€ (accommodation classified as 2-star furnished tourist accommodation) - Cleaning at the end of the stay : 60€. * The owners : For 30 years, the owners have been offering their seasonal rentals to holidaymakers, thus acquiring a great deal of experience.
