My name is "TYKOANT", which in Breton means "pretty cottage". You will soon be charmed by my comfort and character, and feel at home instantly. I can accommodate between 2-7 people. Detached house with terrace and garden, 500 m from shops and 150 m from the beach. My large sitting room has an open fire, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and washing machine and a lovely conservatory dining room, full of light and open onto the garden. Ground floor also, 1 bedroom (1 bed 55"), ensuite bathroom, WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 35"), 1 bedroom (2 beds 35"), 1 bedroom (1 bed 35"), bathroom - WC. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, TV, garden furniture. Fireplace insert, wood provided, private parking, DVD player, wireless Internet access, baby equipment. Pets allowed. I have a pretty walled garden, full of flowers in Spring and Summer.. Local amenities include, The Forum heated (30 degrees) sea water swimming pool, coastal walks, sailing, surfing, canoeing, diving, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, Spa Hotels and Casino at nearby Perros Guirec.
