Description

Situated in the Quartier du Phare, 150 m from the sea with lifeguard posts and from the forest leisure area and cycle paths. Marked footpath from the sea to the town. Semi-detached house with 200m² garden, comprising a living room with kitchen, a mezzanine with 90cm bunk beds and a 140cm bed, two bedrooms each with 1 140cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. This very peaceful gîte is located between Les Sables d'Olonne and La Rochelle. The beach is very family-friendly and the fine sand stretches for several kilometres, with surf and kitesurf spots, paddle boarding and fishing. Baby cot and high chair available on request. Some bicycles for adults. Terraces with awning and barbecue.
