Description

Located in La Guérinière, this semi-detached house was renovated in 2024 and 2025 and sleeps 4 to 6 people. It has a large, quiet, south-facing terrace and enclosed grounds of 400 m²: Fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, sofa bed and armchairs, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm)), bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Weekends on request, minimum 3 nights. Electricity is extra for the period from 30 September to 31 May at a rate of €0.20/kwh. Cleaning included in the price for the period from 26 April to 27 September, outside this period cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.
