Description

At the gateway to the Marais Poitevin, in the southern Vendée, just 3 km from Fontenay Le Comte (all shops) and 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, La Rochelle and the seaside, renovated farmhouse set in 2500 m² of wooded grounds with private, secure, covered swimming pool (9x4.5 m, open from April to October). Entrance hall with shower room and separate toilet, large living room with dining room, lounge and fitted kitchen, utility room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160cm), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (120cm), bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 separate WCs. Sheets and household linen provided. On site: boules pitch, table tennis, swings, barbecue, pool games, bicycles. Relaxing holidays in an exceptional setting. Pets accepted under certain conditions (check with the owner).
