Detached 3-star house with ocean views, located 220 m from the beach with direct access down the dune, on a large enclosed plot planted with trees. The accommodation comprises a living room, a lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), each with 2 bedside tables and 1 large wardrobe; a shower room and separate toilet. In the living room, a sofa bed provides an additional 140x190 bed. All the rooms are very bright, with Italian blinds that can be opened. During your stay, you will also have access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, 4 sun loungers in 5 positions, as well as outdoor games: complete badminton equipment and boules. Board games and books available in the library. Pets are not allowed. Free, unlimited WIFI internet access. 2-wheel garage with free battery recharging for electric vehicles. Possibility of parking 4 vehicles on the property and, with boat towing, of making a U-turn very easily, in the grounds, without having to manoeuvre.
