Description

RELAXATION and SERENITY are the key words in this 6-person gîte, located in a hamlet close to a beef farm. Equidistant from Châteauroux, Limoges, Montmorillon and La Souterraine, we are close to the Brenne Regional Nature Park with its vast expanses of ponds. After the summer activities on offer in our area, you can take full advantage of the private indoor swimming pool in its green setting. The 135 m² building houses the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool, with balneotherapy and counter-current swimming, surrounded by a large relaxation area with shower. A 30 m² terrace adjoins the pool area. Enjoy a well-deserved rest with your family! And why not spend an evening under the stars? Description of the 75m2 flat: - ground floor: living room (sofa, fireplace) with open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen - 3 bedrooms, two of which have recently been renovated (2 beds 1x140, 2 beds 1x90.) - bathroom - separate toilet - electric heating. Baby equipment: cot/high chair/bathtub/potty. Our gîte is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. One room is accessible from outside: washing machine, tumble dryer and some children's games. Courtyard, outbuilding and garden (garden furniture, barbecue), a peaceful environment in which to relax.
