🔑 Welcome & Terms of Stay We are committed to ensuring your comfort and that your stay is a success, and we do everything we can to offer you a warm and personalised welcome. 👋 Personalised welcome: The owner will welcome you in person on arrival to hand over the keys, give you a guided tour of the property (holiday cottage, pool/spa area, games room) and explain how the various facilities work. 🕒 Check-in and check-out times: Check-in: From 4.00 pm (to allow us to prepare the holiday home for you). Check-out: By 10.00 am for weekly stays, and more flexible times at the end of a weekend (to be agreed between us). 🤝 Self-catering & Independence: The holiday home is let on a self-catering basis. You’re at home here! We’ll still be on hand and available throughout your stay should you need anything or for advice on the best places to visit in the region. 🍼 “Welcome to Families” kit: Travel light! A full range of baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bouncer, baby bath) is already set up and available to you free of charge. ⚠️ Please note for your arrival: A security deposit of €500 will be required upon check-in.
