Duplex apartment in an independent farm building, adjoining another rental, 800 m from the shops and 2 km from the beaches. Ground floor: 35m2 living room with American kitchen, dining area and lounge area with sofa, TV, stereo, games for children. Kitchen equipment: crockery/cutlery for 6 people; refrigerator, 4-burner gas cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher... Vacuum cleaner, iron WC, washbasin 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one of 15m2 with a 140cm bed, one of 17m2 with 3 beds of 90cm. Bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC) A storeroom on the ground floor (access from the garden) with washing machine available, which can be used as a bicycle storage room. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment available on request; rental of sheets and household linen. Pets allowed. Rental all year round.
