The advantages of the accommodation
Description
We are situated in a small village surrounded by fields in the north east of France near the Belgian border. The house has been restored using natural and recycled materials. The living and dining area includes a kitchen opening onto a covered terrace, where the morning sun shines at breakfast time. The living room opens onto its own terrace, which is sunny throughout the day. Hot water is provided by solar energy and the house is heated with a huge wood stove. We use organic products to maintain both the house and garden. We have a small vegetable garden to share our organic vegetables with you. There are many walking and cycling paths in the area and you can pick your own fruit and veg at a local organic farm 2km away.
