At the heart of the historic district of Rosmeur, the apartment is on the second floor of an old character house overlooking a quiet square. Ideally located, the rental is quiet while enjoying the close proximity of the town center. You can even spend your holiday without using a car. Completely renovated in 2014, the apartment is bright, spacious and comfortable. You spend your holiday in a modern and cozy atmosphere and enjoy the unobstructed view of the bay of Douarnenez. The rental has all the amenities: open kitchen with bar, dining room with sofa and DVD player, washing machine, space for drying clothes in the attic of the house. Note if you want to come two families: a second apartment is located on the same floor. The house is close to shops, the fishing port and coastal path. The beaches are easily accessible on foot. - Supermarket, bakery, catering, laundry, newsagent within 100 meters; - Market hall every day on weekdays and large market on Monday and Saturday; - Pancake houses, restaurants and cafes nearby; - Natural area of Plomarc'h (farm animals, herb garden, playground, archaeological site); - Beaches within 15 minutes walk, museum ship, Ile Tristan; - Artists' studios and galleries. In summer you can access our garden at the back of the house. Many sports and cultural events, tours, guided walks are offered throughout the year in Douarnenez and around. In the city center, while nearby, many artists' studios are worth visiting. Concerts, fest-noz, theater, exhibitions are regularly showing.

Welcome in person. We live on site and welcome you on your arrival (myself or my partner). In order to give you the best possible welcome, please let me know your expected arrival time no later than the day before. Arrival is from 4pm to 7pm. Departure time: 10 a.m. at the latest. If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the corridor.
