Villa adjoining another rental property in a family-friendly seaside resort with a beautiful sandy beach. Ground floor: a bedroom with a 90cm bed, a living room (TV) and an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, freezer, etc.), WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), a shower room with WC. Outside: terrace and garden furniture. Private enclosed grounds. Washing machine. Electric heating. Cleaning service. Sheets and household linen for hire. Short-stay rates available from the owner. Pet rate: €15/week/pet. Electricity consumption must be added to the price indicated. This is calculated on actual consumption, from which we deduct 8 kWh/day.
