Description

The gîte is 300 m from the Belon and its harbour, and less than a kilometre from the supervised Kerfany beach. The Gr 34 follows the coastal path. The kitchen is functional and spacious, with a large work surface. 4 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom, bed 140 with a private shower - 1 bedroom, bed 160 + a washbasin - 1 bedroom equipped with a washbasin and a 160cm bed (made up of 2 80cm beds that can be separated) - 1 bedroom with a 90cm bunk bed + another 90cm bed. - bathroom with bath, washing machine and tumble dryer - 3 WCs (2 upstairs and one on the ground floor). Baby equipment: high chair, 2 cots, pushchair, changing mat and 2 bicycle seats. Wooden terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, small lawn area, wooden shed for bikes and equipment, all enclosed. Small fishing tackle Capacity: 9 people + baby Bath towels available. Linen and bed linen provided. Out of season and holidays: 550 per week June and September: 630 euros per week July to August: from 1120 euros per week Christmas and New Year holidays: 900 euros per week 2-day weekend: 320 euros low and mid season PRICES SHOWN ARE FOR A WEEKEND OR A WEEK.
