The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Introducing the latest addition to the Vigne Buissonnière range: Côté Cépages. Located in Wettolsheim, a charming wine-growing village nestling between Colmar and Eguisheim, it neighbours "Côté Terroir", with which they share the first floor of a storage building. Its ideal location, at the rear of our estate and away from the roads, gives it a calm and peaceful environment in which to relax. This modern, spacious 100m² flat offers all the comforts you need for an excellent holiday. It comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room, two large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and separate WC. The bedrooms are 16m² each (1x 1 bed 160x200, 1x 2 beds 90x190) and in a recess off the hallway, a sleeping area with two bunk beds will accommodate your children. The living room opens onto a lovely 25m² private terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture. Here, you can spend pleasant moments away from prying eyes, watching the storks come and go from the nearby nest, and on a clear day, you can see the Swiss Alps in the distance. Civilised pets welcome by prior arrangement. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
