A meter reading must be taken on entry and exit, and consumption outside the package will then be billed at the actual kwh rate corresponding to the current EDF rate. In principle, pets are not allowed. NEW: An electric terminal is available on request, a 7.4 Kwh terminal4you. The charge is €0.35 per kWh. The terminal records consumption and draws up the bill. All you have to do is make a bank transfer, as for rental. A heat pump has been installed in addition to the radiators and wood-burning stove. The aim is to reduce heating costs and distribute the heat produced by the wood-burning stove, using the heat pump's ventilation. A split has been installed in the living room and another in the mezzanine. The heat pump is reversible, and acts as an air-conditioner in summer. Solar panels were installed in July 2024. A surveillance camera has been installed, pointing towards the access and monitoring the solar panels.
