Completely renovated, the apartment has a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, washing machine, double sofa bed, television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access (fiber internet). An entrance/sleep area with two single bunk beds and cupboard. Bathroom with bath and WC. Cot available on request. Balcony with garden furniture, garden view and small sea view from the entrance. Reserved parking space in the residence's garage. Residence secured with Vigik. Petanque ground and ping-pong table. In the residence, you also have a launderette with large format washing machine and dryer. Free parking 100m above the residence (boulevard Napoléon III). 50m away is the Carol de Romania Park (restaurant, sports course and mini golf, etc.).
