This typical, picturesque house, from 1725, was completely renovated in 2014 and a wooden extension was rebuilt. It combines the old (wood, Vosges sandstone, old floors), the modern (bay windows, waxed concrete) and the charming in a quiet, very pleasant setting. The cottage is just 200m from the town center and shops. It is for 2 people and includes : - 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bathroom (shower) - 1 kitchen And offers a range of home comforts: DVD player, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The house is located in the middle of the Passage des Lavoirs, a 300 m-long pedestrian-only passage that ensures a quiet, picturesque setting. Access to the house by walking from the parking lots located 150m away. Access to the first floor, where the bedrooms are located, by a staggered staircase adapted to the architecture and constraints of the site. -- Apartment not accessible to people with reduced mobility -- Nearby attractions include the Wine Route, the Vosges mountains, Strasbourg and Colmar.
