Le Chouette Gîte offers you the countryside in the city. This comfortable house, entirely renovated in 2020, will be your base for your stays with family or friends. For your comfort, Le Chouette Gîte consists of a detached house of 120m2, surrounded by a garden accessible from both the kitchen and the dining room via a large balcony, and equipped with a garden table and chairs as well as sun loungers. After crossing the porch, you enter a beautiful entrance hall which leads to the living room (sofa bed, armchair, TV), the dining room (library, games), the newly equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster etc...) with dining area, the bathroom (Italian shower 1.60x0.90, double washbasin, washing machine) and a separate WC. A large staircase leads you then to the first floor, to the night area consisting of a bedroom with a 1.40x1.90 bed, a bedroom with a 1.60x2.00 bed and a bedroom with a 0.90x1.90 bed. All rooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes (wardrobe and shelves), mirrors. A second WC with washbasin completes this level. All the necessary baby equipment is provided free of charge (bed, bath, changing table, high chair, pushchair/stroller, safety gates). Games are also available for children. Bicycles are available free of charge (without helmets) to make travelling easier. The house is fully covered with WIFI. Parking spaces are available on the property. For the respect of the neighbourhood, we do not wish to organise parties in the house. Rentals will be for a minimum of 2 nights (depending on the period).

We welcome our travellers ourselves and show them around the house when the keys are handed over. A message is sent to them a few days before their arrival to explain arrival arrangements and answer any last-minute questions they may have. As we live just a few houses away from the Chouette Gite, we are available for our travellers during their stay, while respecting their independence.
