Description

The gîte is located in Walbach at the entrance to the Munster Valley (Alsace). This 3-room flat (80m²) is 15 km from Colmar. The rental can accommodate 4 to 5 people and includes 2 bedrooms with twin beds and an extra bed, size of beds (5) (190X90), an open-plan fitted kitchen, a living room with two large picture windows opening onto a terrace, a bathroom with shower and bath, a WC, and various comfort equipment (satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, dishwasher, washing machine) are at your disposal. Outside, a large terrace overlooks a wooded meadow. The house is situated on a hillside with a beautiful view over the countryside and the Staufen. It is just a few kilometres from Colmar, Eguisheim, Riquewihr etc... - The castles of Hohlanbourg, Phlixbourg and the 3 Eguisheim castles can be visited by car or on foot. - The valley of Munster for beautiful hikes and its farm inns to taste the specialties of the Valley In principle, a minimum of 5 nights' accommodation is required in July and August. - bedding provided 13 € per bed - 2 towels 6€ per person (to be paid on site) extra charge for late arrival: €20 after 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. after that, no reception. End-of-stay cleaning 75€. security deposit: €600 FROM 1 JANUARY ÉÀÉ( 0.50 € TAX PER ADULT
