Between the Lot-et-Garonne and Périgord regions, in the heart of the former historical dukedom of Lauzun, the Caillevel guesthouse welcomes you for a relaxing stay in a natural environment. Near the owner’s beautiful country house, the rental has its own private access, a fitted-out, covered terrace, a private garden and parking area. You can enjoy the vast, enclosed grounds with trees covering 7.5 acres. On site, a tennis court and an indoor heated swimming pool are available for guests, to relax with family or friends. Ideally located this beautiful guesthouse will be your starting point to discover the towns of Eymet, Monbazillac, Bergerac, Sarlat, the Lascaux caves… and for wine lovers, the Bordeaux vineyards and its vintage wines and Châteaux. Multiple hiking trails, lakes and rivers for fishing or nautical activities. For food lovers, restaurants, local markets, typical Lot-et-Garonne night markets… a relaxing stay, or discovery of the region… it’s up to you.

Grounds covering 7.5 acres.
For any rental during the period from 27th March to 28th May and from 2nd October to 31st December: 150€ rate (stay of 3 to 7 nights) for use of swimming pool (heating, water and area fee). Outside these periods, the rate includes use of the pool.

L'accueil amical et chaleureux des proprietaires. La piscine couverte et chauffee. Le superbe parc du chateau et ses animaux. Le terrain de tennis. Les nombreux villages et chateaux a visiter. Le gite super propre et tres bien equipe. Les charismatiques Largo et Patachou, adores des enfants :)
