This brand new contemporary gîte is superb. It is located in the countryside, in the municipality of Villeréal, a charming medieval bastide in the heart of the Lot & Garonne countryside.
The house offers superb facilities with quality fittings and tastefully selected furniture. The vaulted ceiling living room has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting area with a wood-burning stove.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom (bed 160x200), a walk-in shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom (2 beds 90x200) and a comfortable single sofa bed on the mezzanine.
A magnificent covered and heated salt water swimming pool adjoins the house. The sunroof allows you to enjoy the place whatever the weather. The poolhouse offers a second shower room with toilet and a fully equipped laundry room.
On sunny days, enjoy the terrace facing the private garden and a superb view over the valley.
