Shower room and separate WC. A large bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Upstairs, two separate bedrooms (1 double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90)) and a mezzanine lounge (with a double bed (140)) linked by a walkway with flat-screen TV and DVD player. Outside, there is a terrace with seating area and barbecue. Parking nearby and closed garage 50 metres away. Electric heating and pellet stove. Table tennis and bicycles available. Local amenities: footpaths, mountain bike trails, football pitch, playground, climbing wall, lakes and rivers. The gîte is not accessible to the disabled.
Home
You will be welcomed on site to give you the keys to the property. A deposit of €400 will be required as well as the balance of the contract. The owner will make himself available in case of problems during your stay. Arrival and departure times should be given as far in advance as possible to ensure a warm welcome.
