«LA PORTA ROJA»: character cottage located in a village (beautiful facade of stone). Carefully restored, this home combines comfort and cosy decoration around the stone (walls and fireplace) and wood (beams and other woodwork). On the ground floor: a common room with kitchen, space meals and sitting area (with a wood burning stove, wood provided), a separate toilet. On the first floor: two bedrooms (one for 2 adults with a bed of 140 cm) and the other for 2 children with 2 beds of 80 and a bathroom / WC. Shops and services nearby (shops in Saint-Maurice less than 1 km) and all shops and services to long (2 km) and Vic-les-Comte (5 km). Tourist attraction: at halfway between Clermont-Ferrand and Issoire and easy access from the motorway Paris-Montpellier (9 km from the exit), this cottage is ideally situated for touring the whole of the Department (Park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and the Livradois-Forez, massif du Sancy, hikes and walks, sports, leisure and visits).
