Semi-detached house of character renewed in 2009 with big terrace of 19 m ² and a closed garden, situated right in the heart of the "chaine des puys" and "the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne", in 15 km from Clermont-Ferrand. In garden level: a vast very warm stay with American kitchen, a lounge, a shower-room and one TOILETS independent. In the floor: 2 very "cosy" rooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90) and one TOILETS independent. A closed garage covered with a laundry.
