Private terrace and large shared outdoor space. Quiet setting with uninterrupted views over the Livradois-Forez countryside and the Chaîne des Puys. Shops, services and supervised swimming 3 km away in the village of Le Vernet-la Varenne, Issoire 23 km away. Shared washing machine and TV. Linen and cleaning service available on request at extra cost. Pets are not allowed. Equestrian gîte classified by the Fédération des Relais et Etablissements de Tourisme Equestre (3 roses, 3 irons).
