Pretty house in Pouilly en Auxois

Welcome to this charming house located in Pouilly-en-Auxois, 1 kilometer from the A6 (Paris - Lyon) and A38 (Dijon - Pouilly-en-Auxois) freeway entrances, but also served by public transport to the Dijon and Montbard SNCF stations. You're just 30 km from Dijon, Beaune and the Morvan region.
The house is located on the outskirts of the village, next to the owner's house, and is completely independent. You can park your car in the closed garage (or in front of the house).
Entrance is via the living room, which opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. These rooms provide access to an outdoor terrace. A small corridor leads to an independent toilet, a laundry room and direct access to the garage.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. All these rooms are independent of one another. One bedroom has a 140x190 bed and an 80x200 bed. The other has 2 electrically-controlled 80x200 beds that can be combined to form a 160x200 bed. Each bedroom has its own closet and storage space.
The house is very bright, with underfloor heating and recessed spotlights.

RATES AND AVAILABILITY
The basic rate is fixed for two people, i.e.: 3 nights 280€ - 4 nights 350€ - 5 nights 420€ - 6 nights 490€ - 7 nights 550€; plus 5 euros per day per additional person.
During the summer, from the end of June to the beginning of September, rentals are only available for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday, at the same rate as the rest of the year (between €550 and €655, depending on the number of people).
Deposit: 30% on reservation.

AT YOUR DISPOSAL :
Fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, conventional fan-assisted oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and utensils.
The living room has a sofa and several armchairs, a flat-screen TV and matching furniture.
Child gates to protect access to the upstairs staircase are provided.
Rooms ready on arrival (beds made up: sheets, comforter, pillows).
Towels and tea towels provided.
Private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, gas barbecue with plancha, parasol.
Water and electricity included in rental price.
Bicycles and small fishing tackle available.
For your car, an electric charging station is located less than 200 meters away.

OPTION :
On request, baby equipment can be provided: cot, high chair, stroller €10 per stay.
Please leave the premises clean; if you fail to do so, you will be charged €50 for cleaning.

VISITS :
Close to all amenities, this gîte is ideally placed for visiting our region's rich architectural heritage.
The "Véloroute" along the Burgundy canal passes just a hundred meters from the gîte. On foot or by bike, you can discover this 18th-century structure and enjoy leisure activities near the five lakes that feed it (Cercey, Chazilly, Grosbois, Panthier, Le Thillot). Here you can enjoy swimming, fishing, sailing and walking. The nearby Morvan regional park is a great place for hiking.
DIJON, capital of the "Dukes of Burgundy", with its monuments and museums, is a historic center not to be missed.
BEAUNE, capital of Burgundy wines, is a world-famous little town with a special charm. This fortified city will astonish you with its hospices and their geometrically patterned tiled roofs.
Two villages listed as "France's most beautiful villages" are nearby (Châteauneuf and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain). Other medieval towns (Mont-Saint-Jean, Semur en Auxois, ...) are also nearby. ), numerous castles, abbeys, the historic sites of Alesia (site of the clash between Julius Caesar and Vercingetorix in 52 B.C.), Bibracte (capital of the Aedui Celtic people in the 2nd century B.C.) and the sources of the Seine, will provide everyone with a wide range of leisure activities.

The discovery of our region will be completed by a visit to the wine-growing area. The Route des Grands Crus stretches from Dijon to Santenay, passing through some thirty villages with famous names such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault and others. It will help you appreciate the beauties of the "Climats de Bourgogne", and there are plenty of places to visit along the way.
