Le Bacchus is an old house of 60m2 located in a courtyard, in the heart of the city centre, in a historical area of Auxerre where you can enjoy the calm and comfort. The entrance to the flat is independent and leads to a living room with a lounge (television, children's books, games), dining room, equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher).
On the first floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed. You will have at your disposal a shower room and private toilets.

Le bon emplacement du gîte dans la ville d'Auxerre, la literie neuve et confortable, la fraîcheur de la maison au rez de chaussée (cuisine et séjour), tout le nécessaire présent : livres, jeux, matériel de cuisine, lessive etc...La cour intérieue est très joliment fleurie. Il y fait bon grâce aux plantations soigneusement arrosées.
Bon séjour à Auxerre dans ce gîte très bien situé dans le centre ville historique. De belles découvertes à Auxerre et autour.

très calme et agréable
situation géographique idéale : tout près des lieux à visiter dans Auxerre. Maison fraiche... très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Mr Darmon est très attentionné vis à vis de ses hôtes et à l'écoute. On peut associer ce séjour à une escapade au château de Guédelon (visite à faire absolument) et entre autre, une cave impressionnante dans ses dimensions à Bailly
en un mot : super ! Gîte calme dans une petite cour fleurie charmante. Hôte à la fois discret et très accueillant.

Bon accueil, propriètaire au petit soin. Tout le charme d'une maison ancienne du centre ville d'Auxerre. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
