Perros Guirec is a wonderful place to stay when you like admiring the landsacpe... this one is magic. Perros guirec is a famous seaside resort in Brittany. You will find beaches, a lovely port and lots of activities to do ( Khikes - GR34 along the coast). The house is not far from the center.And you will find in the house : garage - loundry / a living room open on the garden and terrace and 3 bedrooms with one under the roof. Renovated in a cosy style, we look forward to welcoming you to PERROS in this house located in a quiet area, close to Trestraou beach. The garden is enclosed and south-facing. Ideal for soaking up the sun. The living room is bright and there is a large bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the 2 other bedrooms are just as spacious, and there's a dressing room to store all your belongings. Ideally located for enjoying the beach, close to the town centre, near a supermarket and with easy access to the region's sights (Vedettes des 7 Iles, Côte de Granit Rose, GR34, Thalasso ROZ MARINE, etc.). The town of Perros is very pleasant with its small shops, restaurants and various activities, which will appeal to young and old alike. You'll love the region's various beaches, and the proximity of the GR34 offers you the chance to take a magnificent stroll along the seafront. A holiday that can be dynamic and/or zen, depending on your expectations!
