Very nice apartment with a wonderful view on the beach which is situated at 50m. ideal place for 2 people. You'll have a wonderful view from the living-room! fantastic! . There 's a part with a kitchen with all the things you'll need for your holidays. You'll find Wifi, Internet, TV, DVD, Microwave,oven, fridge-Freezer, Coffee maker, ... . 1 bed in a small bedroom . bathroom with a washing machine, a shower, a sink, a toilet. There's also a Balcony for the meals in front of the beach! very nice isn'it! (facing South/South-West) a big garden of 2000m² with a Barbecue. you'll benefit of a private place of Parking with the number of your apartment Trestel is a Sea / Station, The apartment has got 3 Keys at "CléVacances, a French label. That means your apartment is controlled every 4 years. guarantee of quality The apartment is situated at about 10mn from Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h which was elected the prettiest village of France in 2015. it's also at 30mn from Paimpol where you can easily take the boat to cross to the island of Brehat (it lasts about 10mn) a wonderful place to visit! On Thursday you can disvover the most important market of the country situated at Lannion which is the biggest town at about 15mn. When you arrive you'll find the main bed done (it's included in the price!) That is confortable after the trip! If you want to rent towels you have to tell me a few days before your arrival in order to organize me: the price is 8€ per person. On place you'll find the usual cleaning products. In winter you can have to pay a part of the electricity, about 10€ per week. To book you have to pay 30% of the amount. When I receive this sum on our bank account we'll tell you. If you want we can accept your dog but when you'll leave you have to use the vacuum cleaner... Just near the apartment (at less than 100m) there're restaurants with very, very good meals you can have in front of the beach! very pleasant...
