Come and discover Ty Ar Mor, an exceptional, 3-star, waterfront property just 80 m from the sea, a sandy beach and the GR34, which is accessible from the house. Enjoy the calm and serenity of the location, with its garden, large terrace with sea views and, for relaxation, the indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C from early April to late September (shared with the other 2 properties). The property is ideally located, with shops only 3 km away. House: 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds (140), 2 single beds (90), (possibility of making a double bed (180)) cot and equipment, (sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival), living room-kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, combined freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WIFI internet, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, garden and private parking, heated swimming pool shared with the other rental. Weekly rates (all charges included) 1570 €: 6 July to 24 August 2025 1215 €: 29 June to 6 July / 24 August to 31 August 2025 780 €: April - May - June - September - Christmas holidays 2025 550 €: low season In the low season, you can rent for a minimum of 4 nights, at €160 per night, decreasing according to the length of your stay. You can contact me for stays from 4 to 6 nights. Optional cleaning package 2024: 100 €.
