The "Kermadid" gîte is new, designed for 4 people (or 5 if there are children). It is situated outside the village, close to the sea, in enclosed grounds in the heart of a 5000m2 property. It is adjoining the "Kermadig" gîte, but access and gardens are completely independent. It is located in the hamlet of Kermaden, 1km from the Bay of Goulven in a remarkable region of the Côte des Légendes (bird sanctuary, Keremma dunes and the famous site of Ménéham). The coastline remains unspoilt, with most of it still wild. You can enjoy a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, sea kayaking, kitesurfing, paddle boarding, sand yachting, etc.), hiking, cycling in complete peace and quiet, or stay peacefully at the gîte to recharge your batteries. We are at your disposal, nearby if you wish, to advise you and make sure that your stay is pleasant, relaxing and a change of scenery... It is located in a dead-end road, outside the village, 4 minutes by car from the first beach and 300m from a hiking trail or VTC... From the bedroom, you can access a 12 m2 balcony-terrace with a view over Goulven Bay (depending on the type of crop grown in the neighbouring field). - A smaller, flexible bedroom: The south-facing attic bedroom has two 90cm x 200cm beds, with the option of adding a 90cm x 190cm bed. This room is lit by a velux window. The bedroom has a wardrobe and 4 shelves. This space is modular thanks to 3 sliding doors. -Bathroom with WC: A small skylight provides light in this area. It has a corner bath and a toilet. You will need to clean the apartment when you leave. Otherwise, you have the possibility of paying the fixed price of 80€. 1 pet accepted (supplement 89€) > specify breed and weight. For a second pet, please contact the owner. You will be met on arrival, but if you arrive late in the evening or at night, we can leave a key for you.
