Description
The Villa Des Daules welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Located just 300 meters from the beach “le Verger”, this villa of 220 m2, redecorated with great taste in 2021, is an ideally located to visit Cancale and its surroundings. Its beautiful living spaces and large garden recently equipped with a pétanque court are the promise of an unforgettable stay. Bathed in light the living room is with an area of about 40m2. The kitchen is independent. One of the assets of this villa is its "Family room" with its fireplace and TV where you will also find a sofa offering a sleeping area for 2 people. The villa houses 3 other double bedrooms and 1 dormitory with 6 single beds + 1 double bed. It has 3 bathrooms. You can enjoy the garden of 1000m2 equipped with garden furniture. Recently, all the frames, shutters and the front door were changed for even more comfort! Facilities and services : - Reception : The villa is managed by a travel agency specialized in seasonal rentals. A person will be there to welcome you at your arrival and to make sure at your departure that you have spent a pleasant stay. For arrivals between 8 pm and midnight, a supplement of 40 € will be charged on arrival. We do not welcome guests after midnight. - Linen: household linen is always optional and charged to the holidaymaker (€18 per person) except during the very high season from July 15 to August 15, when linen is included in the rental price for stays of 7 nights or more. - Pets: on request, your dog could be accepted according to size. A supplement of 7€ / day will be asked. - Deposit: 1000 € by bank pre-authorization will be requested one week before your arrival. - On request: delivery of groceries on your arrival, delivery of oysters or seafood platters, provision of a guide for private visits. For all these services, please contact us.

About Cancale and the surrounding area: Villa Des Daules is located 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Le Verger. On your way there, you'll come across one of Cancale's must-see heritage sites: the Notre Dame du Verger chapel. Cancale has many other fine sandy beaches hidden away between the cliffs and the flora. There's something for everyone, from beautiful secluded coves to XXL beaches. The village of Cancale is around 3 km away. Here you'll find numerous boutiques, shops and art galleries. There's also a market every Sunday morning, whatever the season. During the summer, there are a number of events for young and old in the village. You can also visit the Port de la Houle. The Port de la Houle is the only south-facing harbour on the north coast, offering a very different landscape depending on the tides. With its lively bars and restaurants, you'll be charmed by its seafront terraces, its oyster market and its peaceful back streets, home to pretty fishermen's cottages. If you're a keen walker, you can take the GR34, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. The Pointe du Grouin, the starting point for the Route du Rhum, is located to the north of the commune and links the 2 seafronts: one overlooking the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other heading towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald Coast, dotted with magnificent beaches of fine sand. There are also a number of inland footpaths where you can discover a rich and varied flora. Cancale is also an ideal base for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel and the whole bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.).
