This spacious villa in Cancale, Les Daules, is sure to charm with its private swimming pool, accommodation for up to 14 people (including a maximum of 10 adults) and its exceptional location close to beautiful beaches and natural sites to explore along the Emerald Coast. Accommodation details: Bathed in light, the living-dining room is the perfect setting for cosy get-togethers. The dining area features a large table seating up to fourteen guests. In the living area, the royal blue sofa creates an elegant and cosy atmosphere. The kitchen, which has been charmingly refurbished, is separate and fully equipped, allowing you to whip up delicious meals for your family and friends. The villa offers four bedrooms with storage space and a dormitory. It accommodates up to 14 people (maximum 10 adults). On the ground floor, the master suite with a 140x200 bed has its own en-suite bathroom. A second room, with a fireplace and en-suite bathroom, has a sofa bed that sleeps two people. Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed and the other with a queen-size 160x200 bed. Both have a desk and a cot. A large dormitory completes the sleeping areas. The dormitory can comfortably accommodate up to eight children thanks to its two 90x190 beds, a pull-out bed and a bunk bed. A 140x190 double bed completes this dormitory. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa has three toilets. The large garden, recently landscaped and replanted, features a swimming pool heated from mid-April until 30 September. Thanks to its dome, you can enjoy the swimming pool even in bad weather. Sun loungers, garden furniture and tables are at your disposal, as well as a barbecue to ensure a wonderful holiday! A pétanque court and outdoor games are available to delight young and old alike. Bathroom facilities: > 1 shower room on the ground floor with shower and toilet > 1 bathroom on the ground floor > 1 bathroom upstairs > 2 separate toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs) Facilities and services: - Reception: The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals. A member of staff will be there to welcome you on arrival and to ensure, on your departure, that you have had a pleasant stay. For arrivals between 8 pm and 11 pm, a supplement of €40 will be charged on arrival. We do not accept arrivals after 11 pm. - Linen: Linen is always an optional extra at the guest’s expense (see supplement) - Swimming pool open from 10 April to the end of September - Baby facilities: a wide range of equipment available (cot, high chair, stair gate, toys) - Pets: on request, your dog may be accepted depending on size and subject to an additional charge – please contact us for pricing details - Security deposit: A pre-authorisation of €2,000 will be requested one week before your arrival. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility: The ground floor of the house is level and features 2 double beds, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. Private parking is available in the immediate vicinity. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people with reduced mobility (excluding wheelchair users). About Cancale and the surrounding area: Villa Des Daules is located 300 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Le Verger. On your way there, you'll come across one of Cancale's must-see heritage sites: the Notre Dame du Verger chapel. Cancale has many other fine sandy beaches hidden away between the cliffs and the flora. There's something for everyone, from beautiful secluded coves to XXL beaches. The village of Cancale is around 3 km away. Here you'll find numerous boutiques, shops and art galleries. There's also a market every Sunday morning, whatever the season. During the summer, there are a number of events for young and old in the village. You can also visit the Port de la Houle. The Port de la Houle is the only south-facing harbour on the north coast, offering a very different landscape depending on the tides. With its lively bars and restaurants, you'll be charmed by its seafront terraces, its oyster market and its peaceful back streets, home to pretty fishermen's cottages. If you're a keen walker, you can take the GR34, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. The Pointe du Grouin, the starting point for the Route du Rhum, is located to the north of the commune and links the 2 seafronts: one overlooking the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other heading towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald Coast, dotted with magnificent beaches of fine sand. There are also a number of inland footpaths where you can discover a rich and varied flora. Cancale is also an ideal base for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel and the whole bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.).

🚗 By car From Saint-Malo: around 20 minutes via the D355. From Rennes: around 1 hour 10 minutes via the N137 towards Saint-Malo then the D355 towards Cancale. Parking available in the streets near the property. 🚆 By train Nearest station: Saint-Malo station (approximately 15 km). Direct TGV links from Paris Montparnasse (approximately 2 h 15). From there, you can reach Cancale by taxi, hire car or bus. 🚌 By bus BreizhGo network - Line 5 linking Saint-Malo to Cancale. Stops located in the centre of Cancale, a few minutes from the accommodation. ✈️ By plane Rennes Bretagne airport is about 75 km away. Cancale can be reached by train (Rennes → Saint-Malo) or by car. 🚕 By taxi / VTC Taxis available from Saint-Malo station to reach Cancale (about 20 minutes).
