Discover this beautiful house completely renovated in front of a horse riding center in the Doubs, in Adam-les-Passavant. The village is located near Besançon and Baume-les-Dames and there are many walks to discover around. The house has a large and perfectly maintained exterior with a shaded garden on one side and fruit trees and games for children on the other. The land is not fenced, but you can park your car in the garage provided for that purpose. The discreet owners will be your neighbors and will be able to meet your needs if necessary. The house has a sheltered area where you can enjoy the outdoors and the view even in bad weather. The entrance is via a small staircase and opens onto a large hallway that gives access to all the rooms. On the left, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker) open to the dining and living area.
