la caution est très élevée facturation de 6 euro pour 2 verres cassés qui valent 1 euro en magasin le petit sac de 5 bûches est de 10 euros pas d'allume feu tout est sujet a faire du profit quelques moutons encore sous les lits et les matelas sont trop mous
location haut de gamme qui ne tient pas toute ses promesses!!!
Owner response :Chalets Les Biches lun. 25 mars 11:47 (il y a 4 jours) À roseline.cassabois Bonjour Je suis tout à fait désolée pour le commentaire que vous avez mis sur clé vacances au moment de votre départ je vous ai demandé si votre séjour c'était bien passé, vous m'avez dit être ravis Vous m'avez effectivement signalé que le matelas de la chambre du rez de jardin était trop mou et j'en ai pris bonne note mais comme je vous l'ai dit les matelas ont même pas deux ans et se sont des matelas à mémoire de forme. En ce qui concerne les verres cassées si vous les avez trouvé à 1 euros pièce il fallait les remettre et je ne vous aurais pas demandé de le régler Avec toutes mes excuses pour ce mauvais séjour Cordialement.
