The gîte is located on the Domaine de Marlas in Rieucros, Just 50 minutes from Toulouse and less than 10 minutes from Mirepoix, you'll receive a warm welcome in this renovated farmhouse dating from the early 1800s, consisting of a main building divided into three parts. Five character guest rooms and a gîte, rated 3 épis, are available in this vast residence. This large former farmhouse, set in 13 hectares of once-prosperous grounds, offers you the chance to enjoy the peace and quiet in the shade of century-old trees... or to relax in the private pool or by the river after a day's hiking... Situated on the "voie verte" you can reach Mirepoix, the lake of Montbel as well as the Aude from our house. We are also close to the start of many hiking trails, including the GR 78 and the Chemin de Compostelle. Our Cathar country territory allows you to discover the emblematic Château de Montségur and the Château de Roquefixade. The GITE The gîte is located in the old farmhouse. Ground floor: living room, dining area, fitted kitchen. First floor: bathroom with WC, shower room and separate WC, 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 single bed, one with 1 double bed (160cm) and a third with 1 double bed (140cm), relaxation area with a new BZ (160cm). Electric heating. 200 m2 garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Swimming pool. Car park. Bed linen and towels provided. TV. Recommended capacity: 2 to 9 people Total surface area: 110 m2 Cleaning is charged at €50 for up to 4 people and €80 for more - a deposit of €600 is required. During the summer holidays, the gîte is rented by the week. High season (summer and Christmas holidays): €1,260 per week - Cleaning charged at €80 Low season: €25 per night per person, minimum 2 people and minimum 2 nights.
