It comprises - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric hob, traditional oven, extractor fan, microwave oven, traditional and pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, fridge-freezer. - Living area with sofa and television. - Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining table. - Separate bedroom with double bed (140cm), - Shower room with shower and WC, hairdryer. - Iron and ironing board, hoover. On the ground floor of the residence, a laundry room with free access is available to tenants. Free private parking in the residence, bicycle storage, bowling green. Free WIFI. Optional : - Sheet hire: 20 euros for the stay - Towel hire: 10 euros per person for the stay (2 small towels + 2 large towels) - End-of-stay cleaning: 30 euros 650 metres away, tourist office, spa, casino, cinema, theatre, restaurants and shops.
