Contemporary, the style is uncluttered with no frills, made with locally manufactured materials, on entering you arrive directly in the main room which is the kitchen, fully equipped with a large table for 8/10, the floor an industrial concrete and stone walls, On either side are 2 bedrooms, each with its own Italian-style shower room, washbasin and wc. Then, as you climb the stairs, the ambience is different, all wood with a small mezzanine lounge and on either side the bedrooms, each with its own bath and washbasin area. The semi-underground swimming pool (6m x 4m) has a large wooden terrace of 40m², secured with a lockable gate, sun loungers, games and pool toys for children.
