It can accommodate couples or families with 2 children (1 child up to 17 years old and 1 baby up to 3 years old). Designed with your comfort in mind, this cosy chalet has a spacious living room with television, hi-fi and DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, fridge) is perfect for preparing or reheating your meals. Reversible air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature in summer, while the pellet stove provides gentle warmth in winter for cosy moments! The comfortable bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), with the option of adding a cot if booked in advance. The chalet also has a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. Outside, you'll find lush green grounds with lovely views over the Gers countryside, a covered terrace with garden furniture, and an electric griddle for al fresco dining. On a clear day, you can also admire the Donjon de Bassoues and part of the Pyrenees on the horizon! --> The private swimming pool is available from June to September (temperature depends on weather conditions). --> The private spa is heated all year round (summer 33° - winter 38°). For families, a baby kit is available free of charge on advance booking. You will also have access to a table tennis table shared between the two chalets. The chalet also has a utility room with washing machine. Private parking is available. Located on the terrace and protected by an arbour, the spa offers a comfortable space with a west-facing cover. It has 3 places (2 semi-recumbent and 1 seated). Depending on the size of the group, it may be preferable to swim in pairs (depending on the water level). If required, our second chalet, the Mélèze, has a 4-seater jacuzzi. ⚠️ Precautions for use : - Not recommended for pregnant women or people with health problems (poor circulation, heart problems, etc.). - For children: - Access is possible for children aged 7 and over. - Adult supervision is compulsory for all children. - Children who cannot swim must wear armbands (to be provided by you).
