The advantages of the accommodation
Description
In the heart of the Tarn department, between Albi (25 km) and Castres (20 km) in the village of Vénès. This gîte is located in the Château de Vénès, which dates back to the 12th century. This group of buildings also includes 4 guest rooms and the owner's home. The site has retained its feudal appearance but offers all modern comforts. The swimming pool is shared with the occupants of the studio (2-4 pers). The gîte is on 3 levels, with 150 m2 of living space on 2 levels. Access is via the ground floor: summer room with garden furniture, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: 67 m2 living area with lounge (corner sofa, TV + DVD player) and fitted kitchen (induction hob, microwave, combi/freezer, dishwasher). 1 bedroom 14 m2 (1 x 160cm bed), 1 bedroom 12 m2 (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom with no external access 11 m2 (2 x 90cm beds), mezzanine 9 m2 (1 x 140cm bed). 2 bathrooms of 9 and 4 m2 (shower, WC, heated towel rail). Cot and high chair, reversible air conditioning in the living room, heating, Wi-Fi. Sheets, household linen and towels provided. Private outside area: large gravelled courtyard not enclosed and private to the gîte, parking, garden furniture, barbecue. Shared outdoor area on an upper level: garden, 10 x 5 m swimming pool (1.60 to 2 m deep) heated depending on the weather from May to September, deckchairs. Electricity recharging point (2) less than 100 metres away.
